To promote the singing talents of students, Grade 8 students were allowed to sing any musical piece in their mother tongue that evoked a sense of nobility and grandeur. To promote understanding of eye health and the significance of vision, on the reflective occasion of WORLD SIGHT DAY, the Department of Ophthalmology, Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bengaluru has conducted a poster competition for grade 8 students on the theme “Love your Eyes Kids” on 5th October 2024.

• Vigyantram – Unboxing Talent

  Three students from our esteemed institution were qualified & got an opportunity to participate in the finals of VIGYANTRAM - Unboxing Talent, a drone making competition, organized by Abhyudhay, IIT Bombay. The management, Principal & Headmistresses of both middle & high school of our institution encouraged the students to participate in the competition. Grand finale was scheduled for 20th & 21st January 2024 in IIT Bombay.

  With this thought in mind Vydehi conducted a CCA on Wednesday, 03rd January 2024.The focus of this competition is on experimenting imaginatively with collage to help in both generating the ideas and to also produce some 'complete' works of art. These collages were static symmetrical constructions, porticos with rainbow of shades, the gateway to the realm of dreams.
