ADMISSION NOTICE FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2026-27
Dear Parents,
We are happy to announce that the admissions process for the 2026–27 academic session at Vydehi School
of Excellence is now open.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY FORM – QUICK STEPS
1. Submit the Enquiry Form on our website: http://www.vydehischool.com/ → Admissions → Enquiry Form, or fill it directly here: https://vydehi.edunexttechnologies.com/mvc/std/DynamicEnquiryForm
2. The Admissions Team will contact you after receiving your enquiry.
3. For seat blocking and fee payment, please reach out to the Admissions Team (Contact details mentioned below).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
– Birth certificate
– Transfer certificate
– original copy (By 15th of May 2026) with PEN No. & APAAR Id (Grade 1 & above)
– SATS TC – If applicable, within Karnataka, (by 15 May 2026) with PEN No. & APAAR Id (Grade 1 & above)
– SATS Number – If applicable, within Karnataka (Grade 1 & above)
– Vaccination card copy (For students up to Grade 5)
– Blood group report copy – Copies of progress report cards of the child (Last 3 Years)
– Passport-size photos of the child (3 copies)
– Passport-size photos of the parents (2 copies)
– Aadhar card copy of parent & child
– Transportation Form (if required)
– Copy of the Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable – in the child’s name

ADMISSION PROCESS:
Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email from the Admissions Department to schedule an offline
evaluation and interaction as per the details below.

ADMISSION CRITERIA: – Admissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to seat availability. – Admission will be confirmed based on the evaluation and approval from the Principal. – The application form fee is non-refundable.
