On 14th May 2025, Vydehi School of Excellence conducted a vital workshop on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, reinforcing our commitment to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child.

This impactful session was facilitated by Ms. Ashika Shetty, Director of the All Inclusive Foundation, Former CWC Member for Girls (Bangalore Urban), and Project Coordinator of Kanasia Shaale Association, a renowned expert in child welfare and advocacy.

She offered valuable insights into identifying signs of abuse, legal protocols, and the emotional support children need. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, teachers were empowered to recognise, respond, and protect with empathy and responsibility.
