To help students understand the importance of living in harmony with nature, the Vydehi School of Excellence celebrated a Special Assembly – “Echoes of the Elements of Nature” on 31st October with the students of Grades 3A, 3J, and 3K.
Through expressive skits, soulful songs, and graceful movements, the children brought the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space- to life. From the rustle of leaves to the roar of cosmic energy, every performance reflected harmony, respect, and our deep connection with nature.
The assembly concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem, marking the end of an inspiring celebration that left everyone with a renewed appreciation for the beauty and balance of nature.

With hearts brimming with pride and admiration for our rich heritage, Vydehi School of Excellence celebrated the 70th Kannada Rajyotsava with great enthusiasm – honouring the glorious legacy, culture, and identity of Karnataka.
The celebration began with the traditional flag hoisting ceremony, followed by a soulful rendition of the State Anthem, “Jaya Bharata Jananiya Tanujate.” The event came alive as teachers beautifully showcased Karnataka’s vibrant spirit through energetic dance performances, melodious Kannada songs, and a special fashion show highlighting the diversity of the state’s traditions.
The event also included an informative presentation about the state’s history, language, and iconic personalities. Our esteemed dignitaries graced the occasion and commended the efforts of the teachers in keeping our cultural roots strong and alive.
The Vydehi School of Excellence celebrated Grandparents’ Day on 31st October with great joy and warmth for our pre-primary students. The event was a heartfelt tribute to the love, care, and wisdom that grandparents bring into every child’s life. The day was filled with laughter and excitement as grandparents joined their little ones for a morning of fun, bonding, and togetherness.
The celebration featured a range of engaging activities such as Blindfold, Hand Printing, Freestyle Dancing, and a cheerful Ramp Walk, which won the hearts of everyone present. Grandparents enthusiastically participated, creating beautiful moments of connection and joy. The colourful handprints symbolized love across generations, while the lively dance performances filled the venue with smiles and cheer.
Can anything truly match the magic of a story told by a grandmother? A special highlight of the day was the Grandma’s Storytelling session, where grandmothers shared timeless tales that filled the room with warmth, nostalgia, and laughter. The celebration beautifully captured the special bond between grandparents and grandchildren, leaving everyone with beautiful memories to cherish.
On 30th October 2025, Vydehi School of Excellence proudly presented the Grade 1D and 1E Special Assembly – ‘Green Heroes’, a magical performance that left everyone inspired and delighted.
The assembly began with a soulful prayer and an inspiring thought, followed by a thought-provoking skit, motivational songs, and vibrant dance performances. Each act highlighted the importance of caring for our planet and the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle – as key steps towards conserving resources and protecting our environment.
The highlight of the program was a creative skit that beautifully depicted how small individual actions can create big environmental change. Our young students also shared simple, innovative ideas on reducing waste, reusing materials meaningfully, and recycling items to give them a new life. Their enthusiastic participation and heartfelt messages encouraged everyone to become true ‘Green Heroes’ by adopting eco-friendly habits in everyday life.
The assembly wrapped up with a pledge to protect and preserve our planet for future generations. It was an inspiring reminder that together we can build a greener, cleaner and happier planet for all.
