The Power of Perseverance | Grade 2 Special Assembly!

Our vibrant and dedicated students of Class 2C and 2I presented a motivating and insightful assembly on the theme “The Power of Perseverance” on 14th November 2025, at Vydehi School of Excellence. Through a beautiful blend of prayer, a melodious theme song, graceful dance, and captivating performances, they highlighted the importance of determination, dedication, and resilience in facing life’s challenges.

A special highlight of the assembly was a talk show that showcased the struggles and success stories of great personalities who achieved their dreams through consistent effort and resilience. The skit further reinforced that perseverance is the true key to success – turning obstacles into stepping stones.

The assembly concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving everyone motivated to stay strong, believe in themselves, and keep striving towards their goals with patience and perseverance.

We are proud to share that Rithanya Sri Rajeswari Gurrapushala of Grade 4F has brought great honour to Vydehi School of Excellence by securing the Gold Medal at the Inter-School Skating Championship held at EuroSchool on 7th November, 2025.

Rithanya showcased exceptional skill in the Inline Skating – 200 Metres Race, gliding to victory with confidence, speed, and determination. Her dedication, discipline, and never-give-up spirit truly set her apart.

Kudos, Rithanya! May you continue to chase your dreams, glide with joy, and shine brightly – on and off the rink!

On 12th November 2025, Vydehi School of Excellence conducted an inspiring workshop for Grade 4 titled “Do the Right Thing – The Power of Truth.” The session aimed to instill the values of truthfulness, loyalty, and the courage to choose what is right.

The workshop began with a meaningful story narration that highlighted situations where telling the truth was difficult but essential. This captured our students’ curiosity and encouraged them to reflect on their own experiences. An interactive and lively discussion followed, where students shared real-life moments when they had to choose between telling the truth and hiding it. Their thoughtful responses showed a deep understanding of how truth builds trust and shapes character.

The session concluded with a strong message on integrity and its importance in everyday life. The workshop successfully helped students appreciate the power of truth and inspired them to make honest, responsible choices. What a lovely session it was!

Icons of Karnataka | Grade 3 CCA Competition!

The Vydehi School of Excellence hosted a vibrant CCA competition on 11th November 2025 based on the theme “Icons of Karnataka.”

Students of Grade 3 participated with great enthusiasm, dressing up as famous poets, writers, freedom fighters, and historical figures.

The campus was buzzing with excitement as children confidently portrayed personalities like Kuvempu, D. R. Bendre, Kittur Rani Chennamma, Sir M. Visvesvaraya, and more. Each student delivered a short speech on the life and contributions of the icon they represented, showcasing creativity and thoughtful preparation.

The event successfully promoted cultural awareness and pride in Karnataka’s rich heritage.

On 11th November 2025, our talented Grade 4 poets took the stage for the much-awaited CCA event, “Karnataka Kavyotsava”, a joyful celebration of Kannada poetry and culture.

Each participant confidently recited poems that celebrated nature, tradition, and the spirit of Karnataka, filling the room with melody, rhythm, and heartfelt emotion. Students were evaluated on Confidence, Theme, Voice Modulation, Relevance, Expression, and Content.

It was truly a vibrant and memorable celebration of Karnataka’s rich cultural heritage.

Congratulations to all participants for their expressive performances, and a special applause to our winners whose recitations truly stood out!
