To boost the morale of employees and to give them feel the sense of accomplishment, On 22nd & 23rd of May 2018 Vydehi school of excellence conducted a workshop for the teaching staffs by Niti Mahendra, Ex-Principal of Edify School Bangalore on the topics- “Teacher as a leader and team builder” and “Communicating with Parents and students effectively”.

The main objective of the workshop was to encourage & collaborative effort within the team and to promote alignment with organizational goals. It also emphasis on how to be a role model for value based leadership, benefits of strengthening communication and interpersonal skills. It also focused to develop basic skills and strategies for communicating effectively with parents and students.
