“Stories can express the most complex ideas in the most digestible ways.”

To brighten the day of the students with wonderful stories, Vydehi School of Excellence organized one story telling session for the students of Grade 2 on 6th October,2020 and 8th October, 2020. We invited Ms. RenuChamarty- a subject matter expert with Scholastic India Professional Storyteller. She started the session with verbal beats and a puppet to catch the attention of the students, which was followed by a wonderful story. The session was indeed valuable and distinct. Children found it really interested and were engrossed in the story of ‘Stone Soup’, an European folk story which was narrated to them with creative gestures and facial expressions. These story telling sessions will encourage the students to read story books. These sessions will also help the young souls to think creatively.
