Vydehi School of Excellence conducted a Parent Child Workshop on Western Dance / Zumba & Yoga on 16th June, 2018 for parents and students of Grade 1 to 4.

The over whelming response and participation received from our highly energetic parents to be part of this fun enthralling workshop was highly appreciated by all. Saturday was dedicated to “Fitness” where parents on one side grooved to the beats of zumba with its latin inspired music of salsa, meringue, rumba; and on the other side we had Yoga where parents were introduced to different yoga postures and its practice to make a balance of body, mind and soul.

We thank all our parents for being part of this workshop and making it a huge success. Thank you parents.
