Vydehi school of Excellence conducted a two-day CBSE workshop for teachers on 14th and 15th September, 2019 on “Experiential Learning” with the resource persons Mrs. Madhumati Suresh and Mrs. Aachal Kongawad. The informative and productive workshop focused on using experiences to impart life-long lessons in classrooms. The need of observing and reflecting upon the results to improve them was reiterated. Mrs. Madhumati Suresh, founder Principal of National Public School, Jayanagar, Bangalore and Mrs. Aachal L Kongawad Principal of Dharwad International School conducted many activities through which they reflected upon the need of “Experiential Learning.” The LAAR, SMART strategies and multi-intelligence were discussed and innovative ways to imply them in classroom were explored.
