On 6th February 2018, the students of Grade I (D,E,F,G,H,I) presented their assembly based on the topic “ Harvest festivals – the time to celebrate Mother Earth” as a part of the ISA project conducted by the British Council. The essence of the topic was portrayed through a skit and dance.

The assembly started with prayer followed by pledge, news and thought for the day. This was followed by skit and dance portraying harvest festivals of different states. The quiz conducted based on the theme harvest festivals was educative and informative.

Through this assembly the students learnt that every festival has a social, religious and mythological value and exhibits the sense of togetherness.
Each and every student enthusiastically participated in the assembly and gave a remarkable performance.
