ISA Project on Dance Forms

Grade 4C & 4D presented the ISA project on Dance Forms – A Cultural Heritage on 5th January.

Dance is a type of art that generally involves movement of the body, often rhythmic and to music. It is performed in many cultures as a form of emotional expression, social interaction, or exercise, in a spiritual or performance setting, and is sometimes used to express ideas or tell a story. Five famous dance forms from around the world were performed namely – Manipuri, Kandiyan, Hip-Hop, Contemporary &Jazz. It has been a great learning experience, and an opportunity for students to explore their innate qualities and grow personally.
